Shakopee hosted the Lyon's Pub Warriors on a rainy Tuesday night at Joe Schleper Stadium. Andy Gibart started on the hill for the local 9. Gibart pitched well allowing a lone unearned run in the 4th inning while allowing just 2 hits over 5 innings or work. Shakopee ran into trouble in the 7th when the Warriors managed to put 3 on the board to take a 4-0 lead. Shakopee came back in the bottom of the inning with 3 runs of their own with some timely 2 out hitting. Kyle Ryan drove in a run and Brandon Olson followed that with a 2 run single of his own. This was all the offense Shakopee could muster and the Warriors took the game by the final of 4-3. Shakopee hosts Le Seuer on Sunday at 2 PM for a Mother's Day special.
