WP: Chris Rupert, LP: Jordan Sinell, SP: -
Shakopee faced off against the Le Sueur Braves on Mother's Day. The rain stayed away and it was good for the Indians that it did as their bats stayed on fire the whole game. Chris Rupert started on the hill and went 6 shutout innings allowing just 3 hits and striking out 5 on his way to picking up the win. Shakopee scored in 5 of the 6 innings that they batted putting up a run in the 1st, 2 in the 2nd, and 4 in the 3rd, 4th, and 6th innings. Kyle Ryan picked up 4 RBI in the victory and Aaron Olson drove in 3. 6 Indians had multi-hit games as they cruised to an easy 15-0 victory against the Braves. The next game for Shakopee is against Le Sueur, this time, in Le Sueur at 7:30 PM on Friday, May 15th.
