WP: Aaron Olson, LP: Brandon Culbert, SP: -
Shakopee headed to Le Sueur for a Friday night matchup. Andy Gibart took the hill for the Indians. Le Sueur managed to get runs across in the 1st and 3rd innings to jump out to an early 2-0 lead. The Indians battled back with single runs in the 4th, 5th, and 6th innings. In the 7th, Dominick Schleper singled and was driven in by a 2 out RBI double from John Hellkamp. Kyle Ryan drove Hellkamp in with a single, giving the Indians a 2 run lead. However, Le Sueur put 2 across in the bottom of the 9th and the game went to the 10th.
Mark Dolenc singled to start the 10th followed by a walk to Aaron Olson. A double steal put runners on second and third with 1 out. A sacrifice fly by Troy Wasiloski and an RBI single by Dominick Schleper gave the Indians a 7-5 lead that they would not give up as Aaron Olson shut down Le Sueur in the bottom of the 10th giving the Indians the victory. Shakopee heads to Arlington on Sunday for a 2PM matchup.
