Shakopee made the trek to Jordan on a chilly Tuesday night to face off with the Jordan Brewers. Shakopee's bats started out hot and didn't let up the whole game. Shakopee plated a single run in the first on a Brandon Olson RBI single to plate Kyle Ryan. In the 2nd, the Indians put up a 4 spot. 2 more were scored in the 4th including a Mark Dolenc home run. In the 6th, the Indians score 5 times, capped by a 3-run shot from Alex Bade, his first home run as a member of the Indians. Chris Rupert pitched 6 scoreless innings and left with a 12-0 lead.
The Brewers put up 3 runs in the bottom of the 7th to avoid the 10 run rule. Shakopee came back in the 8th with 7 runs. Dolenc connected for his 2nd homer of the night, a 3 run shot. Shakopee took the game by the final of 19-5, putting up 22 hits in the victory.
