WP: Aaron Olson, LP: Michael Bullert, SP: -
Shakopee made the long trek to Arlington to make up a rain out from earlier in the year. The Indian's bats started off hot and continued throughout the game. Shakopee put up 2 runs in the 1st on an Alex Bade single and a John Hellkamp groundout. In the 2nd, Shakopee scored 3 more, including a Jake Rhinesmith homerun, his first as an Indian. The A's battled back to tie the game at 5 in the 4th, but that was the closest the game would ever be as Shakopee picked up 3 runs in the 5th, 6 in the 6th, and 3 more in the 8th. Aaron Olson picked up the win and Tom Hellkamp pitched a 1-2-3 8th in his first appearance on the hill for the Indians. Every Shakopee starter picked up at least 1 hit, run, and RBI in the game. Greg Campbell and Alex Bade scored 3 times, Mark Dolenc had 3 hits, and Jake Rhinesmith and John Hellkamp had 3 RBI in the 17-5 victory.
