Just before the Indians were to take the field, Mother Nature forced the rain tarps to be put back on.  After an hour rain delay, Nate Brown took the hill for the locals.  Red Wing would score in the first inning and never look back. 

The struggling Troy Wasiloski showed signs of improvement as he crushed a solo home run in the fourth.  Leap-frog’en, belly-flopp’en Joey Heller also had a good night at the plate as he reached three-out-of-four times.

Shakopee will finish their home stretch on Sunday as they take on the Chaska Cubs. Game time is 6:00 p.m. This is Youth Baseball Night.
