Leading off the second inning, Shakopee’s Mike Dahl crushed a homerun over the right-center fence. In the third, speedy Jeremy Imker would get a hit and then steal second base. Imker would score after a big two out hit by Lance Siedow. Rosemount would get their only run in the fourth inning. Kyle Voltin started on the mound for the Indians, and had the opposing team guessing for all seven innings. In the fifth inning for the Indians, Jeremy Imker led off with a single. Joey Heller was up next and executed the hit-and-run to perfection. Lance Siedow then did his job and got the sac-fly RBI. Still in the fifth, Brannon Weigel got another big two out RBI single to put the score 5-1. Shakopee would get one more run in the seventh. |
